SERVICES AND FEES

All sessions are 50 minutes in length.  Sliding scale is available on a case by case situation.    

Current fees:

Individual teletherapy session: $130

Conjoint teletherapy session: $200

Teletherapy sessions are available only for California residents.  Due to licensing restraints, teletherapy is not available to non-California residents and those residing abroad. 

PAYMENT
Cash, credit card, Venmo, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

Insurance is not accepted.  Some insurance panels may accept what is called a superbill.  A superbill, which is like a receipt for your services, can be provided to you for possible reimbursement from your insurance provider.  A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement, therefore you are encouraged to discuss this at length with your insurance provider.  

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Evolution Counseling is contracted with Anthem Employee Assistance Program for all EAP related referrals.  Please contact your employer/HR personnel to inquire if your employer has an Anthem EAP contract.
